Last weeks I’ve been a bit busy and my little gaming time has been focused on certain titles and trying to finish them instead of capturing new content or editing new videos. Fortunately, I was able to finish Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor, one of the best games I’ve played (and finished) this year.
Developed by Monolith Productions, during this year and with every showing of the game at different gaming events, the impressions about the game were getting better and better. Sometimes accused of being an Assassin’s Creed rip off (there are some similarities, but also big differences), the game has its own personality, with better combat system (compared to Assassin’s Creed) and the Nemesis system, which gives some freedom and randomality to the game.
When I finally have played the game I’ve found a fun game that I enjoyed start to finish (more than 20 hours later… and still have a lot of secondary missions to do). Maybe the story isn’t memorable, but is good enough to make you continue (along with a satisfying combat system, with good combos, different techniques and bloody finishing moves).
And now, two extensive image galleries: one with mainly landscapes (being in Mordor it looks better and more varied than I expected) and the other more “action” oriented. By the way, every game should have a Photo Mode, it’s an incredible addition. Hope you like them:
